Pueblo Cannabis Company to Pay $225,000 for Misrepresenting Hemp Products
Bee’s Knees CBDs, a Pueblo-based cannabis company, has reached a $225,000 settlement with the Colorado Attorney General’s office for misrepresenting the source and nature of its products. The company falsely claimed its products were organic and produced in Colorado, and failed to implement an age verification system on its website.
