Police Investigate Deadly Shooting
San Diego Police are investigating a deadly shooting near Little Italy that left two people dead and a police officer injured. The incident began with a report of gunfire on Union Street and led to a confrontation with a suspect on Juniper Street. The injured officer is recovering after surgery, and the suspect was also hospitalized.
