Pedestrian Dies from Injuries in Rockville Collision
Luis Rios Chirinos, a 28-year-old Gaithersburg man, died from injuries sustained in a collision while crossing Veirs Mill Road in Rockville. The incident, which occurred on October 30, involved a black Lexus GS. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
