Newark Public Safety Director Resigns, New Chief Appointed
Newark Mayor Ras J. Baraka appointed Emanuel Miranda as the new Public Safety Director following the resignation of Fritz Fragé. Miranda, a 23-year veteran, previously served as the city’s chief of police.
