Man Charged With Murder in Kalamazoo Killing
Jasper Hopkins, 43, has been charged with open murder following the fatal shooting of Shondale Devon Kellum, 32, on November 9. The shooting occurred on Portage Street near Washington Avenue. Another man was also injured but has since been released from the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
