Land Exchange Deal with Life Time
Maple Grove has struck a land exchange deal with Life Time to expand its community center. The city will acquire Life Time’s building near the Maple Grove Community Center, while Life Time will receive land near the Minnesota Health Village to build a new athletic country club.
