Industrial Realty Group, LLC (IRG) acquired a 965,134-square-foot industrial portfolio in St. Cloud, Florida. The acquisition includes eight buildings in the St. Cloud Industrial Park, which IRG plans to redevelop as Publisher’s Clearinghouse vacates the space. This move is expected to attract a diverse mix of tenants and benefit the local economy.
