– 1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil (without solids)
– 1 tablespoon fish sauce
– 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
