How to Use Apple AirTags on Android
Apple’s AirTag is a small and powerful accessory that has been designed to help you keep track of your belongings. The technology used in the AirTag is quite impressive as it allows you to locate your lost items with high accuracy. Although it was initially designed to work with Apple devices, there is a way to use the AirTag on Android as well.
Here is a guide on how to use Apple AirTags on Android.
Step 1: Activate the AirTag
The first step is to activate your Apple AirTag. This can be done by placing it next to your iPhone, and the AirTag will be detected automatically. You will then be prompted to connect to the AirTag via Bluetooth.
Step 2: Open the AirTag Settings
Open the AirTag settings on your iPhone, and tap on the ‘Find My’ app. In the ‘Items’ tab, you will see a list of all the AirTags that you have activated. Choose the AirTag that you want to use with your Android device.

Step 5: Pair the AirTag with Android
To pair the AirTag with your Android device, you will need to download a third-party app that supports AirTag. One such app is “Find My Device & Friends” by Family Safety Production on Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, open it and select ‘Add Item’. Follow the prompts to locate your AirTag and pair it with your Android device.
Step 6: Track your belongings
Now that your AirTag is paired with your Android device, you can track your belongings with ease. The app will show you the location of the AirTag, and you can quickly locate your lost item using the map feature.
