Step 3: Complete the Meltan Quest

After you transfer a few Pokémon from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Let’s Go, you should receive a special research quest in Pokémon Go called “Let’s Go, Meltan”. This will guide you through a series of tasks that will ultimately lead you to catching Meltan.

The tasks include catching 10 different species of Pokémon, evolving a Magikarp, and catching an Aerodactyl. Once all tasks are completed, the player will receive the Meltan quest in Pokémon Go.

Step 4: Catch Meltan

Once you’ve completed the Meltan quest, you’ll be able to catch Meltan in Pokémon Go or Pokémon Let’s Go, depending on which game you linked your account to. In Pokémon Go, Meltan can be caught using a special item called the Mystery Box, which is obtained by transferring more Pokémon from Let’s Go to Go.

In Pokémon Let’s Go, Meltan can be found in the wild in certain areas, such as the Pokémon Mansion or Cerulean Cave, or be caught using a special item called the Mystery Box. The Mystery Box is unlocked by transferring Pokémon from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Let’s Go.
