How to Do a Bridge Kickover: 8 Steps
Step 1: Warm-Up
Before attempting a bridge kickover, spend a few minutes warming up your muscles. Engage in some light cardio and stretching to improve your flexibility and help prevent injury.
Step 2: Get into the Bridge Position

Step 6: Push Through Your Supporting Leg
To initiate the kickover movement, push through your supporting leg to generate momentum for the kick. This force will help propel your kicking leg over and onto the ground on the other side of your body.
Step 7: Transfer Your Weight
As you kick over, shift your weight from your hands onto the foot of your kicking leg. Simultaneously lower yourself from a fully extended handstand position towards an upright position. Maintain control of this movement by engaging core muscles throughout.
Step 8: Stand Up Straight
