How to Access Your Google History and Delete All Activity
Google is one of the most widely used search engines in the world today. It has become the go-to platform for all our search needs, from browsing the web to finding directions and access to our emails. However, it also maintains a record of our browsing history, which can be a privacy concern for many users. In this article, we will discuss how to access and delete your Google history.
Accessing Your Google History:
To access your Google history, first, you need to be signed in to your Google account on your device. Once you are signed in, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your Google Account activity page by clicking on the following link: https://myactivity.google.com/myactivity
Step 2: Here, you will be presented with a list of all your Google activity, including search history, youtube search history, location history, and more.
Step 3: From the left-hand side menu, you can filter the results by specific categories, such as search, maps, voice search, etc.
Deleting Your Google History:
If you are concerned about your privacy and want to delete your Google history, you can do so by following the simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the Google Account activity page.
Step 2: From the left-hand side menu, choose the category of activity you want to delete. For example, if you want to delete your search history, select “search” from the menu.
Step 3: Once you have selected the category, you will see a list of all the activity in that category. You can now select the individual items you want to delete, or you can choose to delete all activity.
Step 4: To delete all activity, click on the three vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen, and select “Delete activity by.”
Step 5: Choose the time range for which you want to delete your activity. You can choose last hour, last day, last week, last month, all time, or custom range.
Step 6: Once you have selected the time range, click on “Delete” to delete all your activity for that period.
