Frederick County Man Sentenced for Coercing Minor
Michael Vance Culpepper of Walkersville, Maryland, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for coercing and enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity. Culpepper used mobile phones and online applications to lure two victims, including an undercover officer posing as a minor.
