Firefighters Battle House Fire Early Wednesday Morning
In the early hours of Wednesday, November 13, firefighters in Lansing, Michigan responded to a house fire. The blaze, which began around 3:35 a.m., required a significant response from local fire departments.
According to the online dispatch log, firefighters were called to the 19700 block of S Route A in Hartsburg. Upon arrival, crews found “heavy fire conditions” at a detached garage. Approximately nine firefighters worked for about 30 minutes to bring the fire under control, followed by another hour of overhaul operations.
The Southern Boone Fire Protection District reported that the building is considered a total loss. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Southern Boone Fire Marshal Division.
