Brightline Station Approved in Martin County
Martin County has voted to build a Brightline station, a significant development after the city of Stuart backed out of a deal months ago. The estimated cost is $45 million, with the county expecting grants to cover the cost. If grants do not come through by 2027, either side can opt out. This project is expected to have no impact on property taxes.
