Arrest Made in Connection to Double Homicide
Peoria Police, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, arrested 21-year-old Alexander Lee Smith for his involvement in a double homicide. The incident, which occurred on November 11, resulted in the deaths of Walter Mitchell and Susie Ephrem. Smith faces two counts of first-degree murder and is currently held in Maricopa County Jail.
