North Merrick Man Indicted for Terrorism Over Alleged Plotted Uniondale Attack
James Luca, 46, was indicted for terrorism and other charges after allegedly attempting to detonate a homemade bomb at the Nassau County Department of Social Services building. The incident marks the first time such a serious offense has been charged in Nassau County.
