New $165M Multi-Use Development Announced
A new $165 million multi-use development, The Margin District, was announced for Franklin on November 13, 2024. The development will feature luxury apartments, shopping, restaurants, and office spaces. Located at the Five Points intersection of downtown Franklin, the project aims to blend progress with historic preservation and is expected to be completed by 2027.
