St. Paul Considers Drive-Thru Restrictions to Improve Safety
St. Paul city leaders are considering zoning amendments to restrict drive-thrus for coffee shops and fast-food restaurants to improve pedestrian safety and reduce traffic. The proposal follows similar restrictions implemented in Minneapolis in 2019.
