Nearly Two Dozen Dogs Rescued from Unsanitary Conditions
Lexington-Fayette Animal Care & Control rescued 22 dogs living in unsanitary conditions at a Lexington apartment. The dogs were removed and are receiving care, while the owner faces neglect charges. The dogs will be adopted through the Lexington Humane Society.
