To perform a Dolphin Dive, you’ll need to start swimming towards an incoming wave. When the wave is just a few feet away, take a deep breath, and dive under the water’s surface in a smooth and fluid motion. Glide close to the floor, using your arms and legs to propel yourself forward, while maintaining a streamlined body position. As you emerge from the other side of the wave, regroup with steady strokes and continue swimming.
2. Duck Dive

To execute a Duck Dive, approach the incoming wave while paddling on your board or bodyboard. Keep your weight at the board’s center and grab both rails (the sides of your board) firmly. After the wave has moved beyond you, roll back onto the board, regain your balance, and continue paddling.
