18-Year-Old Killed in Shooting
An 18-year-old, Jose Tamayo-Morales, was shot and killed on Lander Avenue. The suspect, 59-year-old Troy Cannon, was arrested using License Plate Reader technology. The incident followed a dispute between the victim and the suspect.
